The success of your organization depends on how efficiently your people, processes, even transactional data work together. The thing that holds all of this together is your ERP system. It is the back bone of your system. One size absolutely does not fit all.
In selecting the system or systems with the best fit, you need to start with a clean and accurate state of what you need as a business. We are here our mission is to guide and support you as you take that first step and embarking on your path to creating the foundation of a solid system.
Further to that, it is about fitting in that system and moulding it in such a way to best support your needs today and as you evolve over time.
We help you optimize what you have already invested so that you can get the most out of your ERP investment.
This is our specialty.
This is our devotion.
These and many more are all questions that organizations before you have asked. Too often they are left unanswered or inadequately answered by the people who help them put in their systems. However our approach to implementing ERP systems set a gold standard for quality, continuity, and overall optimization in your organization.
We get it. Your ERP investment is significant. It is worth it to put in the effort and care so that it is done right the first time.
A system that works smoothly is not only about technical components. It needs to be people centric. After all, it is your employee family who is going to be running the operation. We believe that a successful ERP starts with people. We put people first.
Just as an elite athlete continuously trains for peak performance, we believe in doing everything that we can to help you continuously optimize the backbone of your organization.

One of the key elements of planning for an ERP system is at the very early stages to understand the business needs and pain points. This is an essential first step to running a market scan exercise, putting out an RFP, and providing budget estimates of potential solutions.
Raeed has been helping various business units with evaluating their business needs, forecasting required budget and resources, and selecting solutions and vendors. He led the discovery phase of many initiatives with a multi-million dollar budgets.
Word of Wisdom: The discovery phase is a crucial success factor in implementing any solution.
Raeed is passionate about working with business leads to identify their needs and turn them into real working solutions that would help them achieve their business goals.

When the company was required to split one of its major business companies into two separate legal entities, they needed a reliable system to support it. They needed to set up the new organizational structure in Oracle ERP, split the data, and adapt all technical components.
As the lead architect and technical lead, Raeed guided the organization through two main challenges:
Data Migration: There were over ten years’ worth of data was scattered across the different financial and SCM modules in Oracle ERP. The solution was to identify reliable data criteria to accurately split the data between the two companies. The team needed to build the supporting data migration routines, and migrate the data into the new legal entity in Oracle ERP.
Technical Components: The company had a long list of technical components between reports, interfaces, and customizations built over many years. Under Raeed’s direction, the team managed to retrofit the technical components to ensure they worked for the new structure.

The client’s Digital Transformation Program outlined a plan to implement a new Cloud ERP Solution which combined a ‘best-of-breed’ solution encompassing IFS (Financials, SCM, Projects, and Inventory) together with UKG Pro (Core HR and Onboarding) as well as other 3rd party systems (example. banks, benefit providers, ComplyWorks).
One of the technical challenges with this ‘best-of-breed’ solution was to architect an integrated (system and data) environment between the 2 core business systems as well as other 3rd party systems? The client’s technology landscape needed a modern approach to help drive further value with data in their new ERP solution.
Rich was able to build a modern data strategy that aligned with their organization’s vision for change, built understanding at the Executive level, and focused initially on a successful implementation of an integration platform (iPaaS)

At this client, their recent ERP Project which implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud modules of Financials, Procurement, HCM, and EPM required a lot of help to stabilize as it was tightly integrated to their Front-Line Systems (FLS).
A few of their key challenges were; gaps around the delivered Oracle solution (both functional and technical), lack of adoption and competencies to support their Oracle Cloud investment, and out-dated business processes between their back-office and operational groups.
Rich was brought in as their Sr. Manager of Information Systems & Data Services and my initial mandate was to address these gaps. He achieved this with the support of the Executive team at the client and within 8 months had developed and successfully executed a stabilization plan which allowed the organization to transition to a continuous improvement mindset and support model. One of the key successes was to employ the use of “bots” through an initial RPA (Robotic Process Automation) pilot program with Machine-Learning (ML) technology which saw significant reductions (~30% decrease) of manual effort to 3-way match invoices, PO’s, and field tickets for raw-material invoices.

At this high tech manufacture client, there was a testing team that was newly assembled. While they had vast testing backgrounds, they had never encountered an ERP system. So they knew what they were doing in terms of testing but they had absolutely no idea how to test an integrated system such as an ERP and especially Oracle ERP. Cat mentored these individuals as their lead and built up their knowledge of the ins-and-outs of Oracle Order to Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Manufacturing, and managing how it all comes together in the General Ledger and even going to their external reporting system: Hyperion. The test team had zero knowledge on anything financials let alone Oracle ERP. Within a year they had become the most respected team in the organization.
Now that they knew what Oracle was all about, they applied their vast experience in testing. They were able to thoroughly test new functionality that was set up in their Oracle ERP. They could speak intelligently of accounting and technical concepts that were required to investigate custom reporting, and other functionality.
Soon after, other teams sought to emulate the QA team, their processes, and the way they worked together.

At this utilities client, there is a very strong mobile app development team. While the team developed very functional solutions that made life easier for field crews, there was a gap. Testing of the mobile application was inconsistent and hard to track.
Catherine developed a repeatable test process to test mobile applications that was both lightweight in administration and thorough in quality of testing. Using MS Test Manager for Azure DevOps, Catherine created an efficient process for testing mobile applications and bringing them to production within weeks.
Industry: Industrial Services
In order to design a good mobile application, form must follow function. Function must be delivered in a manner that fits the lifestyle, and daily work situation. Only then will magic happen.
Invoicing Cycle from 60+ days to under 60 seconds
This mobile application and billing system took their invoicing cycle from 60+ days to under 60 seconds. Customers requested for hydrovac or drilling services from the palm of their hand via the app. Once dispatched and delivered, work effort was entered directly into the app, and an invoice was produced instantaneously upon confirmation.
Bringing Visibility and Peace of Mind to People Working Alone
Before this app, individuals working alone would have been required to call in to their supervisors to report their safety on an hourly basis.
This application ensured the safety of individuals working alone on an overnight shift or otherwise. Anyone who was logged into the working alone app would be seen on a map operated by a central group who was assigned to monitor the individuals working alone on that shift. This mobile application automatically notified lone workers to easily check in every so often. Seamless. Simple. Safe. This greatly helped in cost efficiency and enhanced safety for individuals who are working overnight and or alone.
